In a follow up to a story that News Talk KZRG brought you first...A teenager accused of shooting another man in the chest several times after a drag race in Joplin pleads not guilty. Prosecutors say 18 year old Spencer is charged with first degree assault and armed criminal action for unloading bullets into 22 year old Andrew Yaple, leaving him in critical condition. Police say a gun was pulled after a fight went too far near 41st and Joplin street. Spencer will be in court again next Wednesday.
